Changelog:

• Added ability to manually assign premium upgrade for users in the Control Panel.
  
• GEO-targeting feature were added, now premium users can receive hits from website visitors based on countries.
  
• Fixed small bug in cron jobs for people who had trouble with premium not resetting.
  
• Cash on Signup has been added, admin can now define how much money user will receive on signup (signup bonus).
  
• A few bugfixes and other small improvements.
