The following terms and conditions applicable to customers of NetcShop Products. By ordering our Product you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of NetcShop or otherwise using ANY of the netcshop.com packages by installing, copying, downloading, accessing, or otherwise using our products License, you are acknowledging and agreeing to be bound by the following terms:

1. Delivery Of Product:

For security reason, the download link will be added to you account within 24 hrs On Working Days (Monday - Friday), If its Weekend then the scripts will be delivered within 48 hours (Saturday - Sunday). If you do not see any of the above, please contact us immediately.

2. We do not store your credit card details:

We offer our customers a secure and convenient method for making payments online using PayPal. The PayPal system uses industry-leading security measures to ensure that your financial information is kept private. If you choose to pay for the Product using a Credit Card, your credit card details are not stored by us and cannot be used by our staff it completely handover to the Payment Gateways.

3. Refund Policy:

Please take time and evaluate the Script using our online demo. Before purchase, make sure that your server supports the Script requirements ( Read products description) Refunds will not be given for reasons surrounding the user’s lack of knowledge of the script’s functionality, limitations, or restrictions, as we provided every opportunity to evaluate the Script prior to purchase. If you have a question, please ask our staff before making your purchase. Complete source code is Delivered with the Script, therefore all sales are final.

4. License:
The products License, which is issued to a designated user, enables such designated user to install and use products on a single website/domain. Until Unless get the confirmation from us then we grant you the non-exclusive, non-transferable right for you to use products on a single website/domain. This single domain, Multiple domain and Multiple Domain with resale rights license restriction NOT APPLICABLE for who did purchase Re-seller package.

5. Product Support & Updates:

• NetcShop provides support and technical assistance for all licensed copies of our products.

• Updates are available to customers who have purchased any of our scripts or addons.
