It would be very good if I was able to send email to all users at once. And if possible select the number of sent emails an hour. So to send to all but for example 100 emails this hour, 100 next our and so on until all emails are sent.

This is due to some hosting restrictions.

Thank you for the suggestion. This option already exists and admin can send emails to all users at once. Anyway, we will see what we can do to improve Newsletter Plugin in the future.
