Surf issue

Hello,

I noticed in admin / users, a user who was surfing but his status was unconnected (red icon). Is it possible to be a bot?
We could see how the number of points grew.
I changed the "Max Clicks" setting from 0 to 1000, then to 100000, but each time after a few sites the system stopped and the message "No websites to surf at the moment. Please come back later" was displayed.

No, it's not a bot.

The above message appears because each site receive only one visit for each IP address by 24 hours.
