It looks like if there are two users from the same country, there is an error in profile.php:

Please add the ability to turn surf points into cash for users who do not own a site but want to earn some money. These users are the most valuable and will not be active unless they have something to gain. Cash on signup is the first important step but must be followed by the possibility of turning points into cash. Thank you.
