dereferer.netcshop.com is dead and the websites are not displayed.

I tried the demo and registrated. 

I added a website and i click start surf. I see it visits 1 site. The i see the message "Next site in 0 secondes" and nothing happens. What am i doing wrong? When i refresh the page it visits another website but gets stuck again with the same message? Also it doesn't make me earn points?

Where can a member start the manuel surf?

Is there a demo for the admin panel?

I would like to request the following:
1. Total sites surfed data. Shown both in the user homepage under the "Today surfed" statistics, would show the user how many sites they have surfed in total. Also it would be great if we could get this added to the admin panel too.

2. Total points gain data. Same as above, shown to the user and maybe in the Admin panel too.

Google Keeps turning my site down for AdSense Advertising because they have to login to access everything.

Has anyone been able to get Google Approved and how did you do it?

I have a demo account listed right in the header of my site, but they won't use it, they just deny me every time

Anyone have a solution or is there a way to temporarily disable the login?
