Monetizing With Google AdSense

Google Keeps turning my site down for AdSense Advertising because they have to login to access everything.

Has anyone been able to get Google Approved and how did you do it?

I have a demo account listed right in the header of my site, but they won't use it, they just deny me every time

Anyone have a solution or is there a way to temporarily disable the login?

If I recall right Google doesn't approve PTC/PTP/GTP/traffic exchange etc sites to their advertising programs.
