My users report that sometimes their timers just say "error" and the page never closes and goes on to the next website...
it just says "error" where the timer would normally be displayed
what could be the cause of this?

Hello,
As long as the demo works, everything works fine.
Kindly ask your members to provide more details. Some screenshots might give us useful context about the issue.
Best Regards!

Admin,
I combed thru the code and found the following:
here's the lines of code where the "error" text is generated within "surf.js"
},
error: function(response){
$('#seconds').html('<p>error</p>');
}
As i said, many members and even myself have returned to our browsers and had the word "error" where the countdown timer was... if you could explain what triggers the above code to say error, maybe i can figure this out
i'm not a programmer... well, very novice, if at all...

Hello,
I've just make more tests and everything works fine on the demo. Which version of TE PRO system do you currently running?
Best Regards!
