dereferer.netcshop.com Not working

I have a few premium users who have chosen to hide the referrer but
dereferer.netcshop.com is dead and the websites are not displayed.

The problem is still present as of November 13. 2 months without correction :/
Can we have a date and a patch to take advantage of this feature?

The issue is fixed, download script again from the Customer area -> Download section.
