Hello,

It is a problem if I change the current DOCTYPE declaration to the one in html5.

Hello,

No, it wouldn't be any problem with that, you can change the HTML <!DOCTYPE> declaration.

1. Goto /public_html/header.php, open the file.

Search for :

Code:
<!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Transitional//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-transitional.dtd">

Replace with :

Code:
<!DOCTYPE html>
