1.4.0 won't install - clean install

hello,

just downloaded the newest update and decided to start from scratch again

during install process, I fill out the form and get an error in an orange box that says:

"Update Failed! An error occurred while trying to update the database"

I checked with PHPMyAdmin and I only have these tables:

blacklist, cron, faq, gateways, packages, settings, sites, stats, surfed_today and user_clicks

the database was completely empty before install

all requirements for the script are there and fucntioning

Any ideas?

I installed my Surfy today and I don't see where to set up my PayPal account and how to set up other account tiers.

I was able to create Credit packages, but when you click to buy one, nothing happens?

This is very confusing

Did I get a question from a user?

"Hello. Is it possible to change the time to Moscow in the Referrals menu in the Registered field?"

They mean to change the time and date to the Russian format (Affiliates Page, Registered)

For example Dec3 4:00:00 PM => 3 Декабря 16:00

In which file should I change it and how?
