Can you tell please do I need to update all files if I made any customizations to stylesheets or other theme files ?

Hello,

I see you use a custom template for your site. Then you have to re-integrate design for the files we have changed (to simplify this process, you can see "Changed Files.txt" file included with the script) if you would like to keep your current design.

Then you must go to /setup/upgrade.php and run the upgrade, finally you must delete all files in /setup folder.
