Purchases not completing

Hello,

Got the latest files installed, my purchases go to PayPal, payments go thru, pass back to my site, but the points and premium accounts do not update

It goes back to the purchase points transaction list and there is no transaction listed and no poits were added to the account.

this was the one thing i specifically asked before purchasing the script was does the purchases go thru automatically without my intervention.

I tried in REAL and SANDBOX modes... nothing!

Please help... i need to know where to check to fix this

We checked and everything works fine. Do you have a Business PayPal Account?

Hello,

We have tested the IPN on demo and everything works fine. Make sure that you're using your primary PayPal email address and set "Live Mode" to "Yes" on Control Panel -> Settings -> Payment Gateways -> PayPal.

That was the problem!

I created that business account about 14 years ago, and it was setup under a different email. I had been using an alternate email to login for many years now and forgot about the original account. I created a new business account and everything is working now!
